Contacting Us

Here are some things that we all know but seem to sometimes forget. Emailing an admin (in this case, particularly Tamris, as that is where the form goes to...) should be reserved for extremely serious issues or for affiliation request. (Serious issue being something dreadful happened to the boards or a herd of rabid cats hijacked the site.) Do NOT contact an admin via email or IM for the following reasons:

1. Because you've been banned and you want to know why.
2. Because a friend has been banned and you want to know why.
3. To harrass or threaten admin.
4. To spam.
5. For general questions regarding roleplaying.
6. For any question, for that matter, that may be answered in F.A.Q. or the rules.
7. To report other people breaking the rules.
8. To spam.
9. "Pre-joining" questions that are answered in Information.
10. To express your love and undying faith to Terrawin. (Yes, that is a lovely thing but think about your admins reading 1000+ of those emails. x.x There are other ways you can express this.)

Otherwise, if whatever you want to email about doesn't fall under any of those categories, go ahead and send away! I check my email multiple times a day, or sometimes not for days at a time. It just depends on if I'm waiting for something or not. However, I generally won't keep you waiting for longer than 24 hours. =) That said, here is the email form below.

NOTE: Please do not put "Hello" as the subject. It will be classified as spam and deleted unread. This is due to the number of spam messages entitled "Hello" ... I've stopped opening them and started simply deleting.
